DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to be placed on the waiting list. Payment is due in full for all designs before work commences. Paypal is the only accepted form of payment. An invoice for the deposit will be sent to you within 2 business days of submitting the order form. The remaining balance will be invoiced when I am ready to begin work. If you do not respond to either invoice within 48 hours, your design will be cancelled and I will move to the next person on the waiting list. (If there is no waiting list, the balance will be due up front.)REFUNDS
Because all work is custom, there are no refunds, however designs can be changed until you are 100% satisfied.
DESIGN PROCESS
Once I have received payment, I will contact you within 2 business days via email to get a feel for what you're looking for in your design. You can expect a proof of your design within 7 business days of me receiving your payment, depending on how quickly you respond to answer questions and/or approve design elements. Once design is approved by you, I will either send you the print-resolution .jpg files (print designs) or request a password for installation (blog & web designs).
Note: I do not work on weekends.
REVISIONS
I want you to be 100% happy with your designs! I offer up to three revisions per design, the first of which is for conceptual changes (if needed) and the latter two for smaller adjustments. If, after these revisions, you are still not satisfied, I am happy to keep revising for a fee of $15/hour (you will be notified before this happens). Once a design is approved, any further changes will be billed at this rate.
CHANGES AFTER INSTALLATION (BLOG & WEB)
Once the final design is installed, you will have 48 hours to contact me regarding any minor layout changes (design changes at this point will be billed at $15/hour). Any layout changes requested after 48 hours will be subject to my hourly rate.

BLOGGER ONLY
All Custom Blog Designs and Custom Website Designs are for Blogger only. I am happy to design a la carte elements for Wordpress, but will charge extra for installation.
ACCOUNTS
I require access directly to your Blogger account for installation of web services. I will also need access to a Photobucket account to host your images.
KNOWLEDGE OF BLOGGER
Blog and website design customers must have some knowledge of how Blogger. I am not available to teach you how to use Blogger and can only work with you to the extent of your design. I will give you specific instructions on what you can and cannot do with your design. It is up to you to familiarize yourself with the Blogger platform and how it works.
DESIGN CREDIT
For web designs, I will post a design credit at the bottom and/or sidebar of the page and I ask that you keep it there for as long as you use the design I have created for you (in full or in part).
DESIGN RIGHTS
tailormade designs reserves the right to use any design for promotional, advertising, and/or portfolio use. tailormade designs retains ownership of layered files. Client can purchase layered files for an added fee. Please contact me for details.
COPYRIGHT
All designs are protected under copyright and are property of tailormade designs. All parts of the design, including images and coding, may not be altered, shared, copied, or sold. You may add or edit gadgets, text, pictures, and posts on your blog.
